SMS Consent & Messaging Terms

Sand to Glass Coaching LLC (DBA Build a Life After Loss) sends SMS messages only to individuals who voluntarily request information about our programs.

How users opt in

Individuals opt in by submitting a Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead form requesting information about grief coaching education and the Grief Coach Certification program.

The lead form includes the following SMS disclosure:

“By submitting this form, you agree to receive text messages from Build a Life After Loss about free trainings, educational resources, and the Grief Coach Certification. Message frequency varies (1–2 msgs/week). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.”

Users may also submit a website form requesting information about the Grief Coach Certification:

Message purpose

- Messages may include:

- Requested educational resources

- Free training links

- Program information and enrollment details

- Reminders about live trainings or enrollment windows

- Responses to support inquiries

Message frequency

1–2 messages per week, with up to 2 additional messages during active training or enrollment periods.
